Job Summary:

At Bavaria BMW (Alberta's best rated BMW dealership) the Internet Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, trustworthy and professional buying experience for our online clientele.

As an Internet Manager, you should possess elevated interpersonal skills, upbeat demeanour, and high motivation to excel at selling luxury cars. Demonstrating familiarization to clients with all aspects of our BMW vehicles through product presentations, test drives, deliveries, and customer concern identification. You will be required to understand all features, functions, and benefits regarding each BMW vehicle.

Qualifications:

The Internet Manager position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of (1) year previous experience in the automotive industry with a proven ability to maintain a large portfolio or restaurant/hospitality/bar management experience, strong understanding in automotive merchandising and a valid driver’s license with five demerits or less.

General Skills:

  • Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price while working with a manager. Complete sales or purchase contracts, explaining and offering warranties, services and financing.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous clients, responding to inquires, community activities, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Pre-Owned Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the distribution and movement of purchased vehicles to the respective customers. This position is responsible for coordinating tasks by establishing goals and quotas for employees in the Sales Department. This position must analyze sales statistics and data gathered by employees in the Sales Department in order to determine departmental sales potential and inventory requirements, while monitoring customer preferences. The Sales Manager position is also responsible for hiring, recruiting and maintaining a strong sales team.

Qualifications: Previous automotive sales management experience of 2 years or longer is mandatory.

The Sales Manager must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates with a diploma or degree in Business or other related field is preferred. Five year minimum experience in the sales or automotive sales industry is required. This position requires an active AMVIC license as well as a valid driver’s license with 5 demerits or less.

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing required strategies
  • Analyze trends and results
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets; project expected sales volumes and profit for existing and current products
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping up-to-date with current industry supply and demand levels, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Establish and adjust inventory considering selling prices, competition, and current industry supply and demand, all while limiting expense
